Wanted a backpack for our teen daughter who loves hiking, but is new enough to it that we didn't want to invest $300+ for a name brand, larger capacity, hiking backpack. She love it! The color is so girly, and grown up at the same time. We haven't used it yet, so I cannot comment on how it holds up, but it looks solid and well constructed! Great buy & am happy we bought it! Good Quality and Great Price

For the price, pretty hard to beat. We got this for our son who's 11 (a little over 5'1") and it fits him comfortably while it has plenty of room for him to grow. It's well made, has a great layout of pockets and strapping, weighs almost nothing and seems quite durable so far.

He and I have been camping a number of years and he'll be doing a lot more in Boy Scouts, so I wanted to make sure when he moved up to a frame pack it was a good one. Previously he'd been using smaller frame-less "junior" backpack, that while quite good, didn't allow for attaching much, nor holding nearly as much inside. So it was time to move up to a larger one. Honestly, we couldn't be happier about this model and if anything, I sort of wish I had a bigger version of this for myself, as I really like the logic of it's design. I have a backpack that's quite a bit more expensive, but I think this one makes more sense in the way the pockets and straps are placed.

Good Pack at a Great Price

Seems like a very well made bag and I've gotten many compliments on it. It's spacious, comfortable, and the price can't be beat. I'm a novice hiker/camper but I keep finding features on this that makes me love it more. Right now I keep it packed as a weekend bag in case of spontaneous adventure, and it's proved invaluable. Used it about 5 times and haven't had any issues with it. Can't say how it will do in the long run but for now I can't say enough good things about it.

Great pack & amazing value

I hate paying for overpriced gear. High-end packs which are supposed to be the best in terms of quality don't even have some of the things this pack has. It is such a great design and for a fraction of the price these other companies are charging. I only used it once and took it backcountry camping in the Red River Gorge and filled it up until I thought the seams would burst but it is still in great shape. Many compartments helps keep things organized. It seems durable enough but I have yet to take it on more than 1 trip. I'm planning to go camping again soon so I'll try to update this review if anything changes.

Great looking, sturdy pack for avid hikers

I bought this backpack for my son who does a lot of hiking and camping and he loves it! It is very sturdy, no tears, no broken straps, and it holds all of his gear with no problem. He says it is very comfortable and balanced when he hikes, even when completely full with a bedroll attached to the top.

Good Hiking Companion

Its light, strong, has good sized zipped pockets, and very comfortable when the straps are adjusted to your body and load balance.

Comfortable and good pockets

I used this last weekend for a multiday backpacking trip in Kentucky. It was great, well build and has great compartments. It was comfortable too. I would recommend this for an overnight backpacking trip.
