1. I can't log in to the account.

2. How can I pay?

3. I can’t calculate the price of goods.

5. What is the mailing method and when can I receive the goods?
We mainly have three Shipping Methods:
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT)-$20
• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (USPS)-$10
We generally ship within 24 hours, ordering shipments daily in the order.
The specific delivery time will vary depending on the product and your region. Our express delivery will try our best to serve you as fast as possible.
6. I want to change the order information.
Change the product: Before the product is shipped out, please contact us via email [email protected] to modify. If the goods have been shipped out, you can receive the goods and then contact us by email to inquire about the return details.
Change of address and contact details: Our goods will be dispatched within 24 hours. If you change before shipment, please contact our email immediately. If the goods have been shipped out, we are sorry, we will not be able to help you to make a change.

7. I want to cancel the order.

8. I want to return/exchange.

9. I have a problem with the goods.

11.When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that KKbags.com currently accepts Paypal,Visa,West Union for credit card payment.

13. I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared,what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on KKbags.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
14.What can cause my order delayed?
1.If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
