Shipping

1. Two shipping methods available for you,you can choose at your convenient. Please refer to estimated ways as followed:

• Express Shipping: 3-7 business days -$25 

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days -$12

2. Please note:

1) "Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time listed in the table above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame. However, due to the impact of the CVOID-19, the international flight resources are in shortage recently, as well as the severe epidemic situations in overseas, it may leads to a delay of parcel processing and delivery services in destination countries in different uncertain ways.

2) Please fill in the address. Please do not fill in the P.O. BOX address. If you fill in the P.O. BOX address, no matter what kind of shipping cost you pay, it will take more than 15 days to receive the goods. 

3) Please leave the sufficient details of your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can accurate to Apt/unit number.  Please note that KKbags is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by KKbags.

3. Process:

Place order → You will receive an order confirmation letter → We will process the order within 24 hours → The goods are issued (3-15 business days) - You receive the goods.
